Marathon Registration


Thank you for registering with CAB for the ING New York City Marathon on November 1st.

In order to get one of our guaranteed entry spots, you must commit to raising at least $2,500.  (That is the minimum amount required by the Marathon.)  Your efforts will support our programs for low-income children in the South Bronx, which include: 

  • After-school programs
  • Summer day camps
  • Academic tutoring
  • Recreation programs for children living in our homeless family shelters

We will be happy to help runners with their fundraising.  Half of your commitment will be due by September 30, 2009 and the full amount will be due by November 15, 2009.   The terms and conditions of your commitment are explained on the registration form that you must sign.

Your sponsorships can be any combination of cash, checks, money orders, and online donations by credit card.  Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Citizens Advice Bureau.
